*Verify the On/Off switch is at the ON position and safety key on treadmills is in place. Inspect power connection at the unit and outlet, using a small electric device (if you do not have a Voltmeter), Verify the circuit breaker is not open. Unplug the unit for 1 minute and plug it back.  
 *We do our best to fix your equipment on the first visit, however if we diagnose an issue with a part we have limited ability to keep parts with us or in the stock, we service countless amounts of brands and models. 
*Payment for all residential service visits are due at the time of our service. All commercial customers are on Net 30 arrangement. 
*If your equipment is under the factory warranty, please contact the factory. We do service for most of the main brands but we are not able to generate warranty orders on our side.
